Victor Dzirasa

Victor is an organizational development expert, focused on helping leaders be in tune with themselves as a conduit to leading others.

Victor delivers high quality leadership development training/coaching, customized executive team learnings, personality assessments workshops, executives leadership training for business and healthcare executives, banking professionals, and other industry leaders. Victor has spoken and facilitated numerous Organizational Development trainings and conferences in the United States, Europe and Africa.

He is a gifted in leading Executive Coaching, Organizational Development Interventions, DISC Behaviorally assessments and workshops for Effective Communication, Conflict Competence, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Change Management, Strategy, Servant Leadership, Leading Difficult Conversations, Building High Performing teams, and Decision Making.

Victor attended Colorado State University for his PhD in Organizational Development– Learning, Performance & Change Specialization and Drake University for his MPA/MBA Executive Development degree.

Victor is a Faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business– Executive Education where he collaborates on consulting engagements with other professionals on best-in-class Leadership Development initiatives.

Victor is a proficient communicator with a mastery of language and purpose to drive results.

Cliff Thomas

MBCI, MBCP PhD.
Executive Partner

Cliff’s has a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years of experience which involves serving in Directorship and other Senior Leadership roles in the consulting industry and United States government. His expertise focuses on helping organizations to identify and solve risk management challenges– risks concerning disruptions, supply chains, employees, laws and regulations, technology, and others. His expertise enshrines strategic planning, risk assessments, scenario planning, contingency planning, training, exercises, and program development. Cliff has designed and instructed graduate-level business emergency management courses and has guest-lectured at institutions such as the Naval Postgraduate School, the University of Denver, and Colorado State University. Cliff holds multiple international certifications in risk management. Cliff obtained his PhD from Colorado State University’s esteemed Organizational Learning, Performance and Change program. Cliff is an Affiliate professor at the University of Denver. His research interests include organizational risk and resilience, leadership, scenario planning and decision-making. Cliff’s professional experiences have also involved service in two armed forces (U.S Army and U.S. Coast Guard) and management positions in telecommunications, aerospace and financial services. Cliff holds international certifications related to professional specializations in crisis management and organizational resilience. Cliff has taught doctoral courses related to research design, organizational development and dissertation writing at Colorado State University.

Dromi Etsey

Senior Attorney
General Counsel

Dromi J. Etsey serves as Senior Attorney/General Counsel supervising the legal affairs and legal training needs of the Innov8Change Advisory Group. Dromi attained her Bachelor of Law from the University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana in 2009. She graduated from the Ghana Law School and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2011. Dromi joined Law and Development Associates, Ghana, where she worked with others to help drive legal and social reforms in Ghana.

Dromi furthered her studies at University of Iowa College of Law and obtained her Doctor of Law degree in 2014. Dromi has served on the Johnson County Minimum Wage Advisory Board and is currently was also a member of the board for the University of Iowa Center for Human Rights. Dromi enjoys work that fosters the voice of the collective towards the betterment of all.
